Your trial starts when the club is created, not when you send an email. No automatic card charges.
Payment operator fees and SMS sending costs are charged separately. Implementation terms and full costs are agreed before signing a contract.
Before we meet
Is this only for football academies?
No. Football, basketball, volleyball, individual sports and dance groups share groups, instructors, sessions and fees. We will show Sportago in the context of your discipline.
How do payments work?
Participants and guardians pay by BLIK, card or bank transfer. Clubs get a shared view of fees and payments, instalments and MT940 imports. Fans buy tickets, season passes and e-bricks from their dashboard.
Can a guardian see the whole club’s data?
No. Guardians see the scope of their verified relationships with players. Coaches work within their permissions, and fans see whole-club events and their own tickets.
Can I move my player list?
Yes. CSV import includes a preview and validation before saving. We can discuss the file format and initial data during the demo.
Do I need to install an app?
Sportago runs in a browser on your computer or phone. You do not need a separate app from an app store.
Which languages are supported?
Club workspaces are available in Polish, English, Ukrainian and German. Language does not imply support for that country’s currency: current settlements are based on PLN.
